Have you ever wondered what goes on behind the museum archives? Step behind the scenes and explore some of the mysteries of the Sloan Museum of Discovery. Dig into the history of some of the museum’s collections. Plus - participants will get to go behind the scenes at our partner institutions - Applewood Estates and Flint Institute of Arts - and with their newfound knowledge will work together to curate a small exhibit to be displayed for the community. On the last day of camp families of our Curator Camp students will be invited to a special reception and unveiling of the exhibit!

This is a fantastic opportunity for kids with an interest in history, museum archives & curation. Must be pre-registered to attend; please visit: SloanLongway.org/Summer and select 4th-6th grade.
